Villa Benvingut is an attractive villa set within extensive private gardens, beautifully kept and designed, perfect for outdoor living under the Mallorcan sun. Built in local stone, it is conveniently located close to Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, and offers welcoming interiors finished with taste and style. A truly special property in a special location!

Inside, this 3-bedroomed villa is set over one floor. The fully fitted kitchen (particularly well equipped) has large patio doors leading out to the covered side terrace as well as a further door opening onto the covered front porch. A hallway leads to the master double bedroom, complete with stylish wrought iron bed and en-suite shower room. This bedroom also enjoys direct access to the swimming pool area. The same hallway also leads to a pretty twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and to a further twin bedroom + a separate family shower room.

The swimming pool of Benvingut is a true delight: it is well known among regular guests for its unique shape and wide Roman steps allowing easy access. The swimming pool measures 9m x 6m (depth between 1m and 2.4m). In addition to the gardens (enclosed, beautifully planted with shrubs and local flowers), there are open and covered terraces, with barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining and chilling out when the sun goes down.

The tourist tax is included in the rates.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
