“CAL BEATO” Had a fantastic week in Cal Beato with my parents, sister and her family. Perfect villa for a family get together, quiet location but close enough to Pollensa to be able to walk into the old town. Loved the pool and outside eating area. Villa well equipped and grounds maintained daily by gardener who gave us fresh fruit and figs from the trees. Would certainly visit again and will be recommending Sealand Villas to our friends.

“PONTARRO” We stayed in Villa Pontarro in July 2009. What a beautiful villa and our 7 year old daughter adored the pool as much as we did. So clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The welcome pack, cleaning service including garden and pool were far superior to any other Villa Company we have used in previous years both in Majorca and in the South of France. To be very high recommended and we would hope to use them again.

“LERA” Quiet, spotless and exceptionally well presented villa with our own pool, hire car, en suite double and separate twin bedroom and showroom. Stayed in October 2012 for 1 week cycling, superb loation - walkable distance to Pollenca old town for evening meals and quick drive down the road to the main town. Sealand villa's service and paperwork/directions and hire car were easy to follow and we had no problems at all. Helpful folder of local info in the villa. Warnings about buglaries, but we used the safe and were sensible - no problem. Would definately recommend Sealand and would love to go back to Lera.

“SON FERRAGUT DE BAIX” We returned this weekend from an outstanding holiday at the Son Ferragut de Baix. We went as a family of 7 adults and this villa was huge - fantastic facilities and extremely clean. The only problem we encountered were a few ants in the kitchen - this was no ones fault. Maid cleaned twice during the week and we found everything we needed for a luxurious stay - the pool was lovely and enjoyed by us all. We loved the location - it was easy to get about and we visited Pollensa, Puerto de Pollensa, Sa Pobla, Soller, Deia and Valldemossa and all of this made the holiday one to remember. Will be looking very soon to see if I can find another villa through Sealand to go to next year.

“EL GALLO” This is a lovely villa within walking distance of the shops and beach. The layout allows for 2 families to share as 2 bedrooms with bathroom are on one side of the communal area with the other 2 bedrooms with shower room on the other side. There are 2 terraces, the one at the front has table and chairs for evening dining whereas the terrace at the back has seating with stunning views. Bonus was the billiard table along with the very clean pool. All in all a great holiday for grandson, parents and grandparents.

“PONTARRO” Chose villa Pontarro, near to pollensa but private. Villa just as described, well equipped and clean plus mid stay towel changes and cleaning which were much appreciated. The last bit of the road up to the villa is very narrow so take care but it all added to the fun. Great wee pool....salt water. Met the owner, really nice man but speaks no English, we managed though. Girls at Sealand in the uk fantastic to deal with so much so I've booked again..twice

“ALFONSA” This villa is extremely well equipped. The garden is impeccable. Lucky to have met the owners today as we were able to convey our appreciation in person. All the villas we have stayed in through Sealand Villas have been excellent and this one for us is one of the best. The owners have really made an effort. Brilliant Alan and Fiona
